State could increase MSU funds 0.4 percent

A new spending agreement eliminates the former possibility of budget cuts to state universities, but it might not be significant enough for MSU students to see a tuition refund. Saginaw Valley State University , Grand Valley State and Oakland University are all slated to receive funding increases. WSU and MSU will still receive at least $8,139 per student.
